  • I built and maintained a back end API in Ruby on rails for a Customer Relationship Management app using Net Promoter Score metrics
  • The data for the application was stored in a Postgres database, while caching was done using Redis
  • The application was running on Docker
  • Project resources like images were stored on AWS. I worked on a feature for allowing a user to add or update a profile picture, which would then be stored in an AWS S3 bucket
  • I implemented Net Promoter Score surveys to non-email users through sending and receiving of SMS with the Twilio API and AfricasTalking API
